Deep dive into Chaya Raichik

This profile of Chaya Raichik, Seth Dillon & Libs of TikTok LLC is directed at journalists & lawyers representing clients harmed by Raichik & Dillon. First, dispense with the notion Chaya Raichik is entitled to anonymity. In an Aug 31 2022 interview with Tucker Carlson, Chaya Raichik describes herself as a journalist who is being persecuted for her reporting which means Libs of TikTok is a news outlet & is registered as one under copyright.

This article will go on to prove Seth Dillon, Libs of TikTok LLC owner & Chaya Raichik, his business associate of LoTT LLC is a for-profit media outlet & Raichik describes herself as a professional investigative journalist. As such, she's not entitled to anonymity.

Libs of TikTok LLC was first registered in Delaware on Dec 10 2021, by Seth Dillon & then registered as a foreign corporation in FL on March 3 2022. When Taylor Lorenz's April 19 2022 story was published, Seth Dillon had already registered Libs of Tiktok LLC in Florida, something Lorenz should have known. (edit: this was known and tweeted about by her that day). However the abuse heaped on Lorenz for doxing a "private citizen" who wanted to remain anonymous by right wing media stars like Ben Shapiro & Glenn Greenwald was manufactured outrage since Raichik was in business with Seth Dillon already since 2021. Even though on 12/9/21, just one day before "Libs of TikTok LLC" was registered in Delaware, Chaya Raichik posted this photo with Seth Dillon via the Libs of TikTok account.

One of Lorenz's most vocal critics was Seth Dillon, who to this day, has not publicly acknowledged his name is on the LoTT LLC corporate registration. To me, it looks like Seth Dillon engaged in deceptive business practices by promoting the idea that Chaya Raichik was a private citizen & obfuscating the fact he had a financial interest in LoTT's success. Dillon however acknowledged LoTT has business expenses including legal fees, this is to justify her charging for her newsletter.

So, Seth Dillon & Chaya Raichik had a business relationship as early as Aug or even July 2021. Dillon registered Babylon Bee Media LLC on Aug 20 & the first Libs of TikTok application was filed five days later. What was baffling to me was how Chaya Raichik, a member of a prominent Chabad-Lubavitch family in Los Angeles, hooked up w Seth Dillon, a Christian whose father is a minister & author & who lives in Juno Beach in Palm Beach County.

However Chaya Raichik had been promoting herself in the Daily Wire community since at least Feb 2021, the same month that her real estate license expired. In September 2020, Shapiro announced that he & his family were moving out of the Los Angeles area of California. Shapiro relocated the headquarters of his Daily Wire enterprise to Nashville, Tennessee, but he resettled in South Florida where he would be able to have a business relationship with Dillon. On Aug 25 2021, the same day the Libs of TikTok trademark application is dated, a Daily Wire fan account congratulated LoTT on getting a shout out from Sean Hannity, showing she was specifically known to be a member of the Daily Wire community. Looking at time of events surrounding summer of 2021 it's fair to say Chaya Raichik has been in contact with either Seth Dillon and/or Ben Shapiro before Libs of TikTok received a shout out to follow the account by Joe Rogan in July 2021 who referenced a Daily Caller article written the day before. The Daily Caller is a conservative publication founded by Tucker Carlson, & the article "Meet ‘Libs Of Tik Tok,’ The Twitter Account That’s Exposing The Most Insane People On The Internet" was credited to a Jordan Lancaster.

Some background, in April 2018, Seth Dillon registered Babylon Bee LLC as a conversion from a Michigan company registered under the same name, Babylon Bee LLC was first registered to Adam Ford in Michigan in Sept 2016. If you glance though Seth Dillon's Instagram account, the first pictures of him with prominent members of the conservative media show up after he bought the Babylon Bee. There are even a few with Govrnor Ron DeSantis, & Seth Dillon with Elon Musk in Texas in late Dec 2021.

The attorney on both Libs of TikTok trademark applications, one dated Aug 25 2021 & the other dated Dec 13 2021, was registered to New Africa Wire LLC. So who are they, New Africa Wire LLC was registered in Feb 2018 by Grant Lally, the same attorney who is listed on the LoTT trademark applications. Grant Lally is a well known Republican lawyer in NYS who founded the NYS chapter of the Federalist Society per his bio on the Lally & Misir website. Supposedly Seth Dillon wanted the trademark registered in a hurry & anonymously so Lally listed a dormant LLC he owned as the applicant & I assume ownership of the Libs of TikTok trademark has been assigned to LoTT LLC. Side note, Grant Lally registered a Lally Media LLC in May 2022.

In November 2021, Chaya Raichik was featured on Kristen Ruby's Twitter space. Kris is president of RubyMediaGroup, which is described as an "Award-Winning PR & Media Relations Agency". Inadvertently Chaya’s name was actually leaked during this Twitter space, but people avoided drawing attention to it.

Also Libs of TikTok founder, Chaya Raichik, flat out lied in this February 2022 NY Post interview about being a “grassroots” one-person operation & not doing it for the money.

Professional journalists, by definition, can't be anonymous & the story of how Chaya Raichik, a member of a prominent Chabad-Lubavitch family in Los Angeles. Came to be a famous journalist & one of the founders of a popular media outlet is certainly newsworthy.

Now into some of LoTT identity, Chaya Raichik's father is likely Yankee Raichik. If he's not, he's a close relative since Riachik posted a photo of Taylor Lorenz knocking on his door of his home in Los Angeles in April of 2022.

When Chaya Raichik registered the domain, LibsofTikTok(.)us, she listed a telephone number that was confirmed with 3 different databases to be registered to Yaakov aka Yankee Raichik of [redacted] of Los Angeles. So it's safe to say that her father owns the $2M+ house revealed by Raichik in that April 19th post.

Yankee Raichik's Facebook portrait matches his LinkedIn one. Another photo taken at his daughter Simi's wedding a few years ago includes Yankee, his wife, the bride & groom & an unidentified woman on the left. It's my belief that this is Chaya Raichik, the face behind Libs of TikTok.

It's my belief that Chaya Raichik's cloistered upbringing in a fundamentalist religious family influenced her right wing views. Though what we know of Yankee Raichik, before he began working for the Aleph Institute & assisting Jews incarcerated in the Los Angeles County Jail, he was in the sales & marketing business for a number of years per his LinkedIn profile.

Rabbi Raichik was mentioned in this Nov 2019 LA Times story as being an LA County Jail Chaplain who receives a monthly stipend from the Aleph Institute. Also the story of how Rabbi Yankee Raichik assisted an Israeli man in mental distress incarcerated in the LA jail was published in the Ami magazine in Nov 2021 & a video of the story is on YouTube per the Anash website. Her late grandfather was Rabbi Menachem Shmuel David Raichik & her late grandmother was Reah Raichik who, like her husband, survived the Holocaust.

This is to say & prove that her family are prominent members of the Chabad-Lubavitch community based in Los Angeles, though this isn't new information it's important to know that the family is notable.

One thing that came up throughout her past history & posts was her being at the January 6th 2021 “Stop the Steal” rally with Trump, & even went to the capital that day. Her posts & fellow “patriots” videos of the event may even prove a claim that she had participated in the J6 insurrection by entering the Capitol Building.

This can be confirmed as well from the April 2022 article by Taylor Lorenz.

“Under her first handle @shaya69830552, she minimized covid, cast doubt on the election results and promoted a dubious story about a child sex trafficking ring. On Nov. 23, 2020, Raichik changed handles, this time going by @shaya_ray and identifying herself publicly as a real estate investor in Brooklyn. She began doubling down on election fraud conspiracies using QAnon-related language. Early that December, she joked about launching a clothing line titled voter fraud is real.”

So a pizza gate, election denying, real estate investor changed her username to LibsOfTikTok in March 2021. Within 3 months she had business dealings with Seth Dillon, a PR & Media Relations agent with ties to Fox News, & a very prominent Republican law firm. It's quite possible, since her real estate license expired in February 2021 that she already had atleast one of these connections, & knowing she'd be financially secure let her licence expire.

The big takeaway for me is this anti-transgender campaign isn't grassroots & it's being orchestrated by very skilled political operatives in the Conservative Media. She was just the right person for the job, by using familial connections as well as possibly her own wealth to hire a media relations apparatus.

As an aside before I end this article, Jaimee Michell, Gays Against Groomers founder, is or was employed by Arsenal Media, Benny Johnson's outfit. In 2016, she became a Trump supporter after the nomination was stolen from Bernie & donated to Trump 21 times.
